The abstract designed furniture in combination with indirect lights and tropical inside gardens give you that peace and tranquility you have been searching for. We have incorporated inside green area's and wooden decks to create that 'patio feeling'.

Low footprint home
This ecological contemporary house generates all its own energy through new state of the art solar panels. We also have an electric car supercharger installed so you can charge your electric car/golfcart to cruise around green and for free.
Casa Moana also takes care of its own waste! We have a wastewater treatment plant that purifies all the black water and reuses it to water all of the plants in the inside and outside gardens. We separate our waste in a recycle area where we seperate glass, plastic and rest waste. The outside garden also has a compost area to recycle our organic waste.

We wanted to reduce our consumption of water so we invested in shower heads and water tabs that are based on the new Airvex technology. We also installed ecological toilets that only uses 3 liters of water every time you flush.

The structure of the house is build with a recyclable galvanized steel structure framing that is more resistant to earth quakes. We put the entire house on pedestals. This way we use the least amount of concrete possible in our construction proces.
The house is orientated in a certain way so that we have cross-ventilation to naturally keep the house cool. This way you don't need to activate the A/C and you keep the 3m high sliding windows open to create that outside feeling.

All wood that is used is certified wood. All the lights are LED. We have not used any paint with polluting VOC's.We invested in inside gardens to create clean inside air. All machines are Energy Star labeled.
